Every tradesperson we match you with has passed the same eight checks. If we do not have a verified specialist for your project, we will tell you rather than route you to someone unchecked.
Do you do listed-building work?
Yes. Listed-building consent is its own world; specialist builders on Compare Builders are flagged with the relevant heritage memberships. Expect longer pre-build lead times for consent.
