Get invited
When a project matches your trade, postcode, capacity and minimum job value, you're invited to it. If you put yourself forward, you're shown to the homeowner in Trust Portfolio order, never on who pays most.
Register interest
You see the estimated project value and your Project Fee up front. Register interest in the jobs you want. If the homeowner selects you to quote, the fee is set aside in your credits while you quote, not charged.
Quote, win, contact
Quote through the platform. Only the appointed tradesperson pays the Project Fee. For everyone else the credits come back in full. Watermarked brief, consumer verified by text, real intent.

Before a project reaches you, the homeowner can price it in our Cost Planner: an indicative range by project type, size and UK region, with VAT, fees and contingency shown in full. That is why the budget on a brief is a worked number rather than a guess. Open it yourself to see the range a homeowner has already read.

Applying is free and the annual checks are included at every tier. The monthly subscription starts once you are verified. Your tier sets the value of work you can quote on and the tools that come with it. It never moves you above a better rated builder.
