How much does a new kitchen cost?
Mid range UK kitchen refits typically £15k to £25k including units, worktops, appliances and install. Premium handmade kitchens £40k+. A kitchen extension adds £30k to £80k on top.
How long does a kitchen take?
A straight refit (no structural work) is typically 3 to 4 weeks on site. With an extension, double that: 8 to 12 weeks total. Lead times on bespoke cabinetry add 6 to 10 weeks before install.
Should I buy the kitchen separately?
